Preguicinha Farm Preguicinha farm has a total area of 102 hectares (252 acres) of mainly arable land with a small olive grove near the farmhouse. A stream at the bottom of the farm provides water for irrigation and there are plans to bring in additional water from the Alqueva dam. The sale of the farm includes the option of buying an assortment of agricultural equipment, including a tractor and combine harvester.
